摘　　要：叙述了不采用水溶性维纶的弱捻提花毛巾的研制背景、制作原理以及在外观、性能和生产过程中能耗、物耗、污染物排放等方面与传统无捻弱捻提花毛巾的对比,在保持传统提花毛巾优良性能的同时,降低了能耗、物耗,降低了生产难度和污染物的排放量。In this paper are described the development background and production principle of the weak twist patterned terry towel with no use of water soluble vinylon. And a comparison of appearance, performance, energy and material consumption and production pollusion of the weak twist patterned terry towel against the traditional weak twist patterned terry towel is made, which shows that energy and material consumption, production difficulty and pollusion are reduced while fine performances of traditional patterned terry towel are maintained.
