摘　　要：抗战胜利后,武汉的律师队伍迅速恢复,并具有律师人才多来自本省、多由本地学校培养以及年龄偏大等特征。经过积极筹措,武昌、汉口两地的律师公会得以重建,并试图在维护律师群体的切身利益方面有所作为。武汉的律师在战后仍然能获得较为可观的收入,维持较高的社会地位,但律师们的表现良莠不齐,虽不乏维护正义的律师存在,然而一些律师唯利是图、混淆黑白的行为,严重损害了武汉律师的形象。After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the contingent of lawyers was recovered rapidly with the characteristics that the lawyers came from Hubei Province, that most of them graduated from local institutions, and that they were relatively older. After active preparation, the lawyer associations in Wuehang and Hankou were rebuilt and tried to make some efforts in maintaining the interests of the lawyer collective. The lawyers of Wuhan still had very high income and kept relatively high social status, but the good and the bad of the performance of the lawyer were intermingled. Though there were a lot of lawyers who tried their best to uphold justice, the behavior of some lawyers who were bent solely on the profit and confused right and wrong severely damaged the fame of the lawyers of Wuhan.
