五倍子、白芨、龙胆草对变形链球菌生长作用的影响

摘　　要：目的研究五倍子、白芨、龙胆草水煎剂对变形链球菌是否具有抑制作用。方法将上述三种中药分别煎成浓度为1g/ml水煎剂,用纸片扩散法测定它们对变形链球菌的抑制作用,用0.2%洗必泰溶液作为阳性对照,用0.9%生理盐水作为阴性对照。结果浓度1g/ml的五倍子、白芨水煎剂出现抑菌圈,浓度1g/ml的龙胆草水煎剂未出现抑菌圈。结论五倍子、白芨水煎剂具有抑制变形链球菌的作用,且组间比较无差异(P>0.05);1g/ml的龙胆草水煎剂不具有抑制变形链球菌的作用。Objective To investigate whether GCD（ Galla Chinensis decoction）, BSD （ Bletille striata Reichb. f decoction）and GD（ Gentianaceae decoction）have inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans （S mutans） in vitro. Methods The three herbs GCD, BSD and GD were made to 1 g/ml concentration decoction respectivly. Slip diffusion method was used to examine the inhibitory effect of these three decoctions on S mutans. 0. 2 % chlorhexidine was used as positive control and 0. 9 % NS as negative control. Results Inhibitory zone was found in 1g/ml concentration of GCD and BSD, but not in the GD. Conclusion GCD and BSD had inhibitory effect on S mutans. But 1 g/ml concentration of GD did not show inhibitory effect.
