摘  要:目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病患者血浆ET和血清叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(VitB12)水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和化学发光法检测了41例阿尔茨海默病患者血浆ET和血清FA、VitB12水平并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:阿尔茨海默病患者血浆ET水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而血清FA、VitB12水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。且血浆ET水平和血清FA、VitB12水平呈明显的负相关(r=-0.6018、-0.7124,P<0.01)。结论:检测阿尔茨海默病患者血浆ET和血清FA、VitB12水平的变化对判断病情和评价疗效均有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma endothelin(ET) and folic acid and Vitamin B12 ( VitB12 ) levels in patients with Alzheimer diseases. Methods Plasma levels of ET was determined with RIA and serum levels of Fotic acid. VitaminB12 were measured by automated chemiluminescence system in 41 patients with Alzheimer disease and 35 controls. Results The plasma ET levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls (P 〈 0.01 ). While the serum folic acid. Vitamin B12 levels were significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ). Plasma ET and Serum folic acid, Vitamin B12 levels were mutually negatively correlated(r = - 0.6018, - 0.7124,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Detection of plasma ET and folic acid, Vitamin B12 levels was helpful for the prediction of treatment efficacy in patients with Alzheimer disease.
