摘  要:目的:采用自行设计的督脉外置电场脊髓损伤治疗仪,探索治疗外伤性脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:两极板置于损伤脊髓节段的上、下脊椎棘突间之皮肤上,通电治疗,每日0.Sh。结果:本组共68例,全瘫46例,不全瘫22例,经1个月~6个月治疗,全瘫恢复率26.3%,不全瘫恢复率87.7%,膀胱及性功能均获得不同程度的康复(参照Franke分级法评价)。结论:在脊髓损伤早期应用该仪器可阻止脊髓继发性损伤,在脊髓损伤晚期应用,不仅能阻止脊髓退变萎缩,而且能促进脊髓轴突再生。Objective: To study the effects of SCI on Du-EEF designed by ourselves. Methods: Two electric plates were placed on dorsimedian Du-channel, high and low one segment of SCI, and daily used for 30rain. A course of treatment was one month. Results:Total 68 cases consist of 46 complete paraplegia cases, 22 incomlete paraplegha cases. Through 1 -6 months treatment, the recovery rate of complete paraplegia was 26.3%, and the inconplete paraplegia rate was 87.70%, and the cystic and sexual functions recovered in varial degrees. Conclusion: In the combination with experimental study, we considered that Du-EEF in early stage of SCI could prevent secondary SCI, and in late stage of SCI could only prevent atrophy and degeneration of spinal cord but also promote regeneration of spinal axons.
