摘　　要：讨论了主要合成条件和表面活性剂对C.I.颜料红146性能的影响。结果表明:合成C.I.颜料红146的较好工艺条件为:顺式偶合,偶合时间1小时,偶合结束pH为5.0,升温至90℃,保温30分钟,产品在80℃下干燥。添加表面活性剂后可得到色光偏蓝,着色力较高,分散性较好的C.I.颜料红146产品。The effect of synthesis condition and surfactants on the property of C. I. Pigment Red 146 was discussed. The result shows that the better technological conditions are that coupling time is 1 hour when syn-type couple, the pH is about 5.0 after coupled. Kept temperature at 90℃ for 30min,the product is dried at 80℃. Adding the surfactants get improving color strength,blue hue and good dispers ability.
