摘 要:对不同退化程度草地土壤有机质与物种多样性的关系进行了研究,结果表明:退化草地土壤有机碳,腐殖质和胡敏酸(HA)含量与各种多样性指数间均为正相关,富里酸(FA)与各指数呈负相关,其中,有机碳与Shannon-Wiener指数、腐殖质与Simpson指数显著相关(P<0.05)。腐殖质与Simpson指数的回归方程为:y=0.228 3x+1.649 3(R2=0.848)。Analyses were carried out to test the relationship between soil organic matter and diversity of plant species in different degraded alpine grassland types. The results show that soil organic carbon, humus and HA correlated positively with diversity index, the relation between FA and every index correlated negatively.The correlation relationship between soil organic carbon and Shannon-Wiener index was significant, and the same as humus and Simpson index (P=0.05). The correlation between Humus and diversity index was more significant than the others. The regression equation is as follows:y=0. 228 3 x+1. 649 3(R^2 =0.484).
