摘  要:利用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线对新农1号狗牙根种子与匍匐茎进行处理,结果表明:新农1号狗牙根干种子诱变半致死剂量为308.6 Gy,匍匐茎的诱变半致死剂量为60.7 Gy;146.1 Gy辐射剂量促进新农1号狗牙根干种子萌发,且随着剂量的增加,对种子萌发的抑制作用加强。匍匐茎经辐射处理后,新农1号狗牙根的叶长、节间长度变短,降幅分别为17.60%~32.10%、17.40%~28.60%,叶宽与茎粗变幅分别为-5.40%~12.20%与-7.00%~28.10%。色泽上,辐射能够使叶色变深,且接近半致死剂量辐射狗牙根匍匐茎,可以获得优良的变异。The seeds and stolons of Cynodon dactylon cv. Xinnong No. 1 were irradiated with different doses of ^60Co-γ radial. The results show that the semilethal doses for seeds and stolons were 308.6 Gy and 60.7 Gy respectively. Irradiation dose of 146. 1 Gy could promote seed germination,the restraint on seed germination increased gradually with the increasing of dose. After stolon being irradiated, the length and internode of leaves were shortened to 17.60%-32.10% and 17.40%-28.60% respectively,and the variation range of leaf width and internode were -5.40%-12.20% and -7.00%-28.10% respectively. Meanwhile,the leaf color turned to be darkening. Irradiating the stolon of Cynodon dactylon cv. Xinnong No. 1 with a dose close to the semilethal could lead to excellent variation.
