摘　　要：目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定秋梨枇杷蜜中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用Hypersil C18柱（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸（22∶78）,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长：283 nm,柱温：30℃。结果：柚皮苷在（28.4～142.0）μg·mL^-1呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为96.11%,RSD为1.60%。结论：本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of naringin in Pear Loquat Syrup, Methods： The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase： acetonitrile-water-phosphate acid （22：78：0,2）, flow rate at 1 mL·min^-1 , wavelength at 283 nm, Results： The linearity of naringin was in the range of （28.4-142.0）μg·mL^-1（ r = 0.999 9）,and the average recovery was 96.09%, RSD = 1.6 %. Conclusion：This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for control of Pear Loquat Syrup.
