摘  要:目的:探讨智脑胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆及脑组织Ca2+含量的影响。方法:反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉(CCA)结合腹腔注射硝普钠降低血压制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,检测大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织中Ca2+含量。结果:血管性痴呆模型组大鼠学习记忆明显障碍,脑组织中Ca2+浓度明显升高。与模型组相比,智脑胶囊3剂量组、尼莫地平组及脑复康组能够明显减少血管性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织中Ca2+含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。智脑胶囊高剂量与智脑胶囊低、中剂量组比较能明显降低模型大鼠脑组织Ca2+含量,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智脑胶囊可改善实验性血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制与降低模型大鼠脑组织Ca2+含量有关。Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhinao Capsule on behavior and the content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia. Methods:After intraperitoneal injection of low dose of sodium nitroprusside, animal models of vascular dementia were established by clamping common carotid arteries repeatedly. Their learning and memory ability and the content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue of rats were detected. Results:The learning and memory ability had been reduced obviously in the model group of rats with vascular dementia, and the content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue had been increased. Compared with model group, three kinds of Zhinao Capsule treated group, nimodipine treated group and piracetam treated group could significantly decrease the content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue of rats with vascular dementia could decrease more in high dose of Zhinao capsule treated group than in other two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: Zhinao Capsule could improve the learning and memory in rats with vascular dementia, which may be related to decreasing the content of Ca^2+ in brain tissue of rats.
