摘 要:实验测定了1400℃温度下C和N在Fe-C-N和Fe-C-Nb-N熔体中的饱和溶解度。Fe-C-Nb熔体中C的饱和溶解度计算式为xC=0.1891+2.500xNb或-lnxC-9.754xC=-36.09xNb-0.1815。C和N在Fe-C-Nb-N熔体中的饱和溶解度随Nb浓度增加而增加。根据Fe-C熔体的热力学性质、Fe-C-N熔体中C和N之间的活度相互作用系数、C在Fe-C-Nb熔体中及C和N在Fe-C-N和Fe-C-Nb-N熔体中的饱和溶解度,通过严格的热力学推导和计算,获得了Fe-C-N熔体中C与N之间、Fe-C-Nb熔体中C和Nb之间及Fe-C-Nb-N熔体中Nb与N之间的活度相互作用系数:eCN=0.2022,εCNb=-36.09,eCNb=-0.6843和eNNb=-0.1406。The saturated solubility of carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-N and Fe-C-Nb-N melts is measured experimentally at 140012. The purpose of present work is to obtain the activity interaction coefficients between solute components in these melts. The saturated solubility of carbon in Fe-C-Nb melt can be calculated with the following formula: xc = 0. 1891 + 2. 500 xNb or - lnxc - 9. 754xc = - 36.09xNb - 0. 1815. The saturated solubility of carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-Nb-N melt increases with increasing niobium concentration. According to the thermodynamic properties of Fe-C melt, the activity interaction coefficients between carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-N melt , the saturated solubility of carbon in Fe-C-Nb melt as well as the saturated solubility of carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-N and Fe-C-Nb-N melts, by strictly thermodynamic derivation and calculation, the activity interaction coefficients between carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-N melt, between carbon and niobium in Fe-C-Nb melt as well as between niobium and nitrogen in Fe-C-Nb-N melt are obtained as follows: eN^C= 0.2022 ,∈Nb^C = - 36.09,eNb^C=- 0.6843 and eN^Nb=-0.1406
