摘　　要：介绍钢丝绳防护脂的性能要求,从基础油及稠化剂的选择等方面说明高性能钢丝绳防护脂(LG80)的研制过程,通过涂油实验、疲劳寿命实验及现场使用证明:高性能钢丝绳防护脂(LG80)具有较强的附着力,使用温度范围宽,滴点高,且不改变现有钢丝绳厂的涂油工艺。To introduce the performance demands of protecting grease for wire rope. The development course of high performance protecting grease LG80 is explained from such aspects as the selection of base oil and thickened agent. It is proved by oil coating test and fatigue life test and using on the spot that the high performance protecting grease LG80 has stronger cohering force, wide temperature scope, high dropping point, and the present oil coating process of wire rope factories needn＇t change.
