摘　　要：对磷酸三乙酯生产合成新工艺进行了研究,采用两步酯化法合成磷酸三乙酯,通过正交试验确定出最优工艺条件为:反应物料摩尔比8∶1(乙醇∶三氯氧磷);反应温度15℃;反应时间1.5 h.产品收率约为86.5%.A new synthetic process of triethyl phosphate was studied in this paper. Triethyl phosphate was synthesized by the two steps esterification with phosphorus oxychloride and ethanol as raw materials. The optimal technological conditions were obtained： the proportion of reaction materiel was 8：1（ethanol：oxychloride） ;reaction temperature 15℃ ;reaction time 1.5 h. Production overall yield reached 86.5%.
