摘  要:循环浆态床结合了浆态床良好的传热性能和气流床高效的传质性能。今对循环浆态床内气液传质系数和固体浓度分布进行了考察,结果表明随着循环流量的增大容积传质系数也增大,在相同循环量的情况下气量越大容积传质系数也越大,并且由于催化剂浆料在反应器内循环,因此当循环量在200 L·h-1、气量在2 L·min-1以上的情况下,整个床层的固体浓度分布已接近初始固含率。同时对循环浆态床反应器羟基合成反应工艺条件进行了考察,结果表明温度在240~260℃催化剂具有较好的活性,而反应压力的升高,气体流量的增加和浆料循环流量的增加都有利于羟基合成反应的进行。The circulating slurry reactor (CSR) has characteristics of combining the advantages of good heat transfer ability of the slurry reactor and high mass transfer efficiency of the entrained reactor. In this paper the hydroxyl synthesis in CSR was investigated, and the mass transfer coefficient and solid concentration distribution in CSR were measured, The experimental results show that the mass transfer coefficient in CSR increases with the increases of gas flow rate and the slurry recirculation flow rate, and under the operation conditions of slurry recirculation rate of 200 L.h^-1 and gas flow rate of 2 L.min^-1, by the help of slurry recirculation, the solid concentration in the reactor is almost homogeneous and its value approaches that of the initial solid concentration of the slurry. As to the hydroxyl synthesis in CSR, it was found that the catalyst has higher activity at temperature between 240℃ and 260℃, and the high gas flow rate, high slurry recirculation rate and higher operation pressure will benefit the hydroxyl synthesis.
