摘 要:研究了简单节杆菌催化6α-甲基醋酸可的松C1,2脱氢转化生成6α-甲基醋酸强的松的动力学。分别考察了菌体质量浓度、底物质量浓度及添加不同质量浓度的产物对脱氢反应过程的影响。结果表明,随着菌体质量浓度的增加,脱氢反应速率随之加快。较高质量浓度的底物及不同质量浓度的产物均会对脱氢反应产生抑制作用。建立了该脱氢反应的动力学模型,经线性化回归拟合出该反应的动力学参数。The kinetic characteristics of Arthrobacter simplex which was applied for the 1-en-dehydrogenation of 6α-methyl cortisone acetate to produce 6α-methyl prednisone acetate were investigated. The effects of concentrations of biomass, substrate and product on the conversion process of dehydrogenation were studied. The results show that the reaction rate is higher at higher cell concentration of the strain. There are inhibitory effects on dehydrogenation process at high substrate concentration and with initial product presence. Based on experimental results, a noncompetitive inhibitory model was proposed to describe the dehydrogenation process, and the parameters of the kinetic equation were calculated.
