摘 要:为降低电抗器向外辐射的噪声,针对电抗器设计了局部隔声罩及其消声器,并对局部隔声罩及其上下加装消声器后的隔声性能进行了理论分析和实验室试验.试验结果表明:局部隔声罩的隔声效果约为7-9dB,上下都装置消声器后整体消声隔声箱的降噪效果约为13-15dB.同时根据某型电抗器的噪声频谱特性对局部隔声罩进行了改进,理论计算表明改进后的局部隔声罩还可将隔声效果提高4dB左右.Sound isolation devices, including local acoustical enclosures and mufflers, are designed to lower a reactor's noise. Theoretical and experimental studies on the sound insulation performance of these isolation devices were conducted. Experimental evidence showed that, within the whole frequency spectrum, the isolation effect of a local acoustical enclosure is 7-9 dB, while the insert loss of an integral acoustical elimination/isolation box, in which silencers are installed both on the top and at the bottom, can achieve about 13-15 dB. Moreover, the ability of local acoustical enclosures of some types of reactors to reduce noise is affected by the characteristics of the reactor's noise emission spectrum. Theoretical computations reveal that the acoustical reduction of an improved acoustic enclosure can be 4 dB.
