摘　　要：结合北京热电分公司烟气脱硫装置几年来的运行管理实践和国内部分脱硫项目运行现状,对石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫运行管理中几个影响安全及经济运行的问题,如:在线监测仪表的准确性、脱硫系统废水的排放、脱硫化学监督、石灰石品质、烟气旁路运行方式等方面进行了讨论,并针对性的提出了改进建议。Combining with the operation management practice of flue gas desulfurization（FGD）equipment in Beijing cogeneration Branch Company over the past years and the present operation status of part domestic FGD projects,the paper carried out the discusions on the following several problems influencing the safe and economic operation in the operation management of limestone/gypsum wet method FGD：accuracy of on-line monitoring instruments,waste water discharge of FGD system,chemical supervision of FGD,limestone quality,by-pass operation of flue gas etc., and put forward the improvement suqqestions in light of these problems.
