摘　　要：文章以大量的统计数据为基础,分析了我国2006年347个供电企业10kV用户、221个供电企业35/66kV用户的供电可靠性现状,剖析了故障停电、预安排停电(系统电源不足限电及非限电类预安排停电)的主要原因,并对今后提高供电可靠性的方向和途径提出了具体建议。Based on plenty of statistical data, the present situation of power supply reliability was analyzed for 10 kV user of 347 power supply enterprises and 35/66 kV user of 221 power supply enterprises in China, the major reason was also analyzed for power failure and prearrangement outage such as the restriction due to the lack of power generation and nonrestriction prearrangement outage, and the specific suggestions of the channel and direction were presented for improving power supply reliability in the future.
