摘　　要：在重要场所安全监控或工业现场控制系统中,视频监控系统非常重要,但是高精度实时视频信息量巨大,必须进行压缩。最常用的软件压缩法对复杂的压缩格式编程工作量巨大;而硬件实现法,采用专用芯片按即定格式高速压缩视频,实时性好,可靠性高。本文利用IME6400和MPC850设计出简单的数字视频监控方法。Video monitor is very important in security and industry control, but the video information is tremendous , and the compress algorithm is necessary .The work of programming to realize the compress algorithm is very hard. Hardware which integrate compress algorithm can help us to realize the system easily . A simple digital video monitor system is designed based on MPC850 and IME6400 in this paper.
