运动疗法结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗原发性膝关节骨关节炎

摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗原发性膝关节骨关节炎（PKOA）的疗效。方法将56例PKOA患者随机分为试验组30例和对照组26例。试验组采用运动疗法结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，对照组应用综合物理治疗。对患膝治疗前和治疗1个疗程后进行膝关节功能综合评分及日常生活活动（ADL）能力评定。结果试验组治疗后膝关节功能综合评分（2．61±1．36）分，ADL能力评分（8．16±1．71）分，对照组治疗后膝关节功能评分（4．30±2．57）分，ADL能力评分（7．01±1．13）分，试验组在膝关节功能综合评分改善膝关节ADL能力方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运动疗法结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗PKOA疗效确切。Objective To verify the efficacy of kinesitherapy in combination with sodium hyalumnate injected into articular cavity in the treatment of primary knee osteoarthritis （PKOA）. Methods Fifty-six patients with PKOA were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group （n = 30） receiving therapeutic exercise combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment, and control group （n =26）undergoing comprehensive physical therapy only. Function was evaluated by the patient＇s knee joint comprehensive scale and knee activities of daily living （ADL） respectively before and after one course of treatment. Result The knee joint comprehensive scale was （2.61 ± 1.36） scores in experimental group and （4.30 ± 2.57 ） scores in control group. ADL was （8.16 ± 1.71） scores in experimental group and （7.01 ±1.13） scores in control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kinesitherapy in combination with sodium hyaluronate is efficacious in treating PKOA.
