摘　　要：供应链管理已经发展成为一种先进的管理模式,它不仅带来了新的管理理念,而且为企业之间的信息沟通和交流、创建集成的业务流程环境提供了原动力.从钢铁企业实施ERP的背景着手,通过对钢铁企业物流现状的分析,提出了钢铁企业具体实施ERP的策略,阐明了钢铁企业实施ERP的意义.Supply chain management has become one of the advanced management models, which not only brings a new management concept to logistics but also provides an essential power to communicate information between enterprises and build integrated business process environment. Starting from the background of ERP implementation for steel business enterprises, this paper puts forward some strategy as well as its significance for implementing the ERP of steel business enterprises after a deep analysis of the status quo of their logistics.
