摘  要:介绍了加氢联合装置加氢裂化、加氢处理、柴油加氢精制和航煤加氢4个生产单元的综合能耗构成,并与国内同行业装置的单耗、能耗进行比较,指出了节能工作中存在职工节能意识较差、装置间热联合程度不高、主要装置能耗偏高的问题,提出了加强节能培训工作、抓好装置的安全平稳运行、实施装置间的直接热供料、加强生产运行管理等降耗措施。The comprehensive energy consumption by hydrocracking, hydroprocessing, diesel hydrofining and aviation kerosene hydrogenation sub-units in combined hydrogenation unit are explained. The author compared them with similar domestic units in respect of specific and general consumption, and pointed out that problems as workers' poor energy saving awareness, low-degree of heat integration between units, higher energy consumption in major units are existed. More energy saving trainings, stabilizing a safe and smooth operation, committing direct inter-unit heat supplying, reinforcing operation management, etc. are proposed in this paper.
