促进丽水市生态效益型经济发展的路径分析

摘　　要：丽水市生态环境质量优良,但经济欠发达。成功创建国家级生态示范区、建设生态市所取得的经济建设和环境保护的丰硕成果证明,丽水市只要坚持科学发展观,走生态效益型经济发展道路,就能实现经济、社会、环境的和谐发展。文章针对丽水要达到与全省同步基本实现现代化、保护好浙江生态屏障两大战略目标,结合丽水的实际,就如何促进生态效益型经济发展进行了探讨。Lishui is of excellent quality in ecological environment, while still belonging to under-developed area. Having successfully established State-level ecological demonstration zones and achieved plentiful fruits in economic construction and environmental protection, she shows that under-developed area can make her own way in harmonious development of economy, society and ecosystem so long as persevering the scientific concept of development and developing economy on ecological benefit pattern. Aiming at her two strategic goals of accomplishing her modernization by and large at the same speed of that of province and preserving Green Shelters of Zhejiang, this article exames the path to promote economic development on the basis of ecological benefit combining with Lishui＇s concrete condition.
