摘　　要：目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤造成肠系膜损伤所致腹腔内出血的诊断及治疗。方法总结1990—2006年来我院诊治的29例腹部闭合性损伤经手术证实为肠系膜损伤诊治情况进行分析。结论对腹部钝性损伤的病人，在排除肝脾损伤出血的情况下，应严密、仔细观察病情，对有手术指征者及时探查处理，避免漏诊肠系膜出血，造成严重后果。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment for hemoperitonium by mesenteric injury with closed abdominal trauma.Methods To analysis retrospeceirely the 29 cases of mesentenic injury by closed abdominal traima form 1990 ~ 2006, which were prered by operations in my hospital.Conclusion The cases with abdominul blunt trauma, whose traumatic hepa to splenorrhagia are eliminated, should be observed attencively, and explored in time when they hare indiction to avoid the serious consequence by missed mesenteri＇c hemorrhage.
