中国国际科学合作中的“华人现象”

摘　　要：将8个国家的合作论文分成五种类型,重点考察了中国在与8个国家的合作中所呈现的"华人现象"。分析表明,海外华人(包括短期在外的科研人员)在现阶段正在发挥桥梁作用,在中国国际合作中表现得非常活跃。分析了导致"华人现象"的社会基础和政策效应。The term ＂Overseas Chinese Phenomenon＂ is used here to refer to the fact that scientists of Chinese descent play an important role in international collaboration between China's Mainland and the rest of the world. In this paper, we review international collaboration between ethnic Chinese scientists in eight countries （regions） - USA, England, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Australia, and South Korea - and colleagues in China itself. Our analysis shows that while ethnic ties play an important role as a bridge between China and the country of residence, policies of the Chinese government with respect to international collaboration and overseas Chinese reinforce the growth of ethnically based co-authorship.
