摘 要:以我国常见浮水植物槐叶萍(Salvinia natansL.)为研究对象,在Hoagland培养液的基础上模拟生活污水中NH4+-N和NO3--N的浓度以及pH,研究了培养条件对槐叶萍生长的影响.结果表明:在完全硝态氮培养液和混合培养液中,槐叶萍在碱性条件下比在酸性条件下生长良好;在完全硝态氮培养液和混合培养液中比在完全氨态氮培养液中生长良好;pH=10的完全硝态氮培养液中槐叶萍的绝对生长率(AGR)和相对生长率(RGR)最大,叶绿素含量最高,Ca/Cb值最大;在完全氨态氮培养液中,无论酸性还是碱性环境均不利于槐叶萍的生长.The effects of ammonia, nitrate and pH on the growth of Salvinia natans L. , a common spiece in China, were assessed in Hoagland nutrient media with different levels of pH, ammonia and nitrate concentrations, which simulated from waste water. The results indicated that Salvinia natans L. in nitrate medium and mixed medium grow better in base solution than in acid solution. Salvinia natans L. grows better in nitrate medium and mixed medium than in ammonia medium. The AGR, RGR, Chloropyll content and Chloropyll Ca/Cb value of Salvinia natans L. were biggest in pH= 10 and nitrate medium. But wether in H^+ or OH^-, Salvinia natans L. couldn't grow better in ammonia medium.
