摘　　要：分析了我国生态工业园建设的现状,利用层次分析方法探讨了生态工业园建设的实践模式.通过在园区内各个成员间相互合作,副产品、能量、信息等交换与交流,以及与园区外企业建立必要的生态合作链或生态合作网,以实现园区系统"零排放"的目标.The current situation of construction of the eco-industrial park in China and the practical mode of construction of the eeo-industrial park is discussed using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The purpose of zero emission in a park system can be realized by the cooperation of every company in the park, the exchange of byproduct, energy and information and the establishment of necessary ecologic cooperation link or net with companies out of the park.
