摘 要:结合宝钢电弧炉冶炼不锈钢的生产实际,在实验室中频感应炉上对选定低氟渣系进行发泡性能实验,得出了影响熔渣发泡性能因素的主次顺序:碱度>Cr2O3>MgO>Al2O3。模式识别对发泡剂成分的优化具有较高的可靠性。用旋转柱体法对现场取样的炉渣粘度进行了测定,并在1 650℃时对粘度和成分作多元线性回归,利用该回归方程进行预测,结果表明预测值与实测值吻合得很好,相对误差在2%以下,可为生产提供指导。According to the practice of stainless steel production with EAF in Baosteel, experiments on foaming behavior of chosen low fluoride slag were made with 2 500 Hz induction furnace in laboratory. The results showed that basicity of slags was the most important factor affecting the foaming height of slag, followed by contents of Cr2O3, MgO and Al2O3. Pattern-recognition-method showed a higher reliability of the optimization of the foaming agents. Viscosities of EAF slags for manufacturing stainless steel were measured by the rotating cylinder method at up to 1 650 ℃. And a multivariate linear regression equation as a function of composition was concluded at 1 650 ℃. It was applied for the prediction of slag viscosity and its results were in good agreement with the measured values. The error was under 2%. Therefore, it could provide a basis for guiding the production.
