摘  要:基于实测的紧水滩水轮机调速系统模型参数,研究了单机无穷大系统和浙江电网调速系统对大、小扰动稳定性的影响,并讨论了调速系统对电力系统稳定器参数整定计算的影响。认为:紧水滩水轮机调速系统及其参数的变化对电力系统大、小扰动稳定性的影响有限;投入电力系统稳定器大大提高了阻尼,减弱了调速系统对小扰动稳定性的影响;对较长时间的大扰动情况,稳定分析第1摆应采用非线性水力系统调速系统模型;调速系统的响应速度和增益对电力系统调频起着重要作用。On the basis of practical model simulation under OMIB system and Zhejiang electric power system, the effect of the hydroturbine governor system of the Jinshuitan hydropower plant on the electric power system stability is studied. The conclusions are as follows: the parameter tuning of the Jinshuitan hydroturbine governor system has a slight effect on small signal and transient stabilization; the power system stabilizer (PSS) is effective in improving the damping of low-frequency oscillation mode, reducing the effect of hydroturbine governor system on small-signal stabilization; and for long-time first swing simulation, a nonlinear model of hydroturbine governor should be adopted; the response rate and gain of the hydroturbine governor system play an important role in electric power system frequency modulation.
