摘　　要：本文介绍笔者采用离子束大倾斜入出射磁分析器的离子光学原理研制成的一台双接收器质谱计NG－1000，用于测定地下水溶解气、溢出气和天然气中3He、4He和Ne同位素比值，测得氛灵敏庆为1．5×10－6A／Pa，分辨本领为770。This paper introduces a new mass spectrometer NG-1000 with twice collector for measuring the isotopic ratios of 3He/4He and Ne in gases of underwater and natural gas.A new ion optics is used for the design and research of this instrument. Its radius Rm=10cm,determination sensitivity for helium is 1. 5 ×10-6 A/Pa,and the resolution is about 770.
