甲氧基苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及与镉的显色反应

摘　　要：合成了新显色试剂６－甲氧基苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯（ＭｅＯＢＴＤＡＡ），并研究了在Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ－１００存在下与镉的显色反应。镉与试剂在ｐＨ １０．０～１１．０缓冲溶液中形成 ｌ：ｌ的稳定紫红色络合物，其λｍａｘ＝５２８ｎｍ；ε＝２．４４×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。镉含量在０～８００μｇ／Ｌ范围内符合比耳定律。该方法灵敏度高，选择性好，并用拟定的方法测定了电镀废水和环境水样中的微量镉。The synthesis of methoxybenzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene(MeOBTDAA) and the condition of color reaction with Cd(Ⅱ) are reported. Results show that the color reagent reacts with Cd(Ⅱ ) to form a stab1e red complex (1: 1) in the presence of Triton X-100 and at pH 10. 5. The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are 528 nm and 2. 44 ×10L·mol-l·cm-l respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-800 μg/L. The method is highly sensitive and selective. The method has been app1ied to the direct determi- nation of cadmium in practical samples with satisfactory resu1ts.
