摘  要:报道了在表面活性剂 Triton X-100存在下,利用Gd(Ⅲ)离子增敏Ce(Ⅳ)和茶碱氧化产物的固有发光的协同效应,建立了高灵敏度的测定茶碱的荧光分析方法,其荧光光谱的激发波长λcx=325nm发射波长λcm=404nm。在0.l~20 mg/L范围内荧光强度与茶碱浓度呈良好线性关系,其检测下限为0.05 mg/L,方法精密度为2.5%,回收率在96.0%~107.1%,用于血清中痕量茶碱分析取得了满意结果。Great attention has been paid by many researchers to synergetic luminescence as a means of enhancing sensitivity for spectrofluorimetry. Theophylline (i. e. 1,3-dimethylxan- thine) is a bronchodi1ator relaxing agent and respiratory stimulant. In this paper, application of synergetic luminescenece of Gd(Ⅲ) in theophylline assay is presented. Fluorescence of the oxidation product of theophylline oxidized by Ce(Ⅳ) can be greatly enhanced in the presence of non-ionic surfactant (TritonX-100) and gadolinium. The linear range is 0. 1~20mg/L of theophylline and the detection limit is 0. 05mg/L. This method has been satisfactorily ap- plied to the determination of theophylline in serum with recoveries between 96. 0%~107. 1 %.
