摘 要:研究了紫铜基体上采用高频(20~140kHz)脉冲电流获得的Ni—Co合金镀层在W=10%的NaOH溶液中的耐蚀性。采用扫描电镜观察了碱蚀前后Ni~Co合金镀层的表面形貌,并测定了镀层在W=10%的NaOH溶液中的阳极极化曲线。结果表明,脉冲条件下所得的镀层致密,均匀,呈胞状生长,对W=10%的NaOH溶液有较强的耐蚀性。采用X射线衍射,分析了NiCo合金镀层的微观结构。当镀层中钴含量较低时,合金由面心立方结构的固溶体组成。随着脉冲频率的升高,Ni-Co合金镀层中的Co含量不断增加,其耐蚀性则不断降低。The corrosion resistances of Ni-Co alloy deposits prepared on red Cu substrate by using high-frequency (20-140 kHz) pulse currents were studied in a 10% (mass fraction) NaOH solution. The morphologies of Ni-Co alloy deposits were examined by SEM before and after alkaline etching. The anodic polarization curves of deposits in NaOH solution were measured. The results showed that the deposits obtained by pulse electrodeposition feature compact structure, uniform surface, cellular growth and relatively strong corrosion resistance in 10% NaOH solution. The microstructures of the Ni-Co alloy deposits were analyzed by XRD. The alloy deposits with low Co content are composed of fcc solid solutions. The increased pulse frequency results in an increase in the Co content in Ni-Co alloy deposit, but a decrease in the corrosion resistance of deposit.
