摘　　要：目的:观察卡维地洛在心动过速性心肌病病人心功能的影响。方法:将心动过速性心肌病患者共52例分为治疗组和对照组各26例。对照组行强心、利尿及ACEI治疗。而治疗组在此基础上加用卡维地洛3.125mg,2次/d。口服每2周逐渐加量至最大耐受量,疗程为6个月。结果:作治疗前后NYHA分级心功能均得到改善。结论:卡维地洛治疗6个月后能使心动过速性心肌病心功能得以改善,生活质量得以提高。Objective： To observes therapeutic effects of carvedilol on heart function at the tachycardiomyopathy. Methods： tachycardiomyopathy patients were divided into treatment and controlled groups averagely. The controlled group underwent strong heart, diuretics and ACEI cure. But the treatment set add to use carvedilol （3.125mg,Po,bid） on this foundation.Take orally to add to measure gradually every 2 weeks to greatest endure doses. The treatment sustained for 6 months. Results： The following data of NYHA class got improvement. Conclusions： Carvedilol is an effective drug in the treatment of heart failureon tachycardiomyopathy.
