摘  要:研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)及其衍生物(2-羟基)丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、叔胺-β-环糊精(TA-β-CD)对萘胺荧光强度的影响,发现HP-β-CD、TA-β-CD对萘胺的荧光增强作用比β-CD大。初步探讨了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、Triton X-100、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)与β-CD或 HP-β-CD对萘胺荧光强度的协同增敏作用及其机理。Effect of β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives such as 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodex- trin (HP-β-CD), tertiary amine β-cyclodextrin (TA-β-CD) on the fluorescence intensities of α-,β-naphthylamine were investigated in detail. The mechanism of the fluorescence enhance- ment of β-CD and its derivatives on naphthylamine was discussed based on the inclusion con- stants. The synergistic fluorescence enhancements of β-CD or its derivatives with surfactants such as SDS, Triton X-l00 and CTMAB were also studied.
