摘　　要：在十七大报告中,中国特色社会主义理论具有多处理论创新,其中一个亮点是不仅首次将"清正廉洁"作为促进党的执政能力建设和先进性建设的一面旗帜,并同时首次提出了"加强廉政文化建设"的创新理论。清正廉洁不仅是党的先进性建设的历史明镜,同时是党的先进性建设的时代旗帜,有利于党的执政使命的完成。In the 17th report,the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics has many theoretical innovations,one of the distinct spots is firstly putting ＂clean and honest ＂as a banner to promote the building of the party＇s ability to govern and advanced construction,and at the same time putting forward the innovational theory of ＂ strengthening the independent commission against corruption ＂for the first time.Clean and honest is not only the historic mirror,but also the epochal flag of the party＇s advanced construction,which is advantageous to complete the mission in governance.
