摘　　要：用免疫微球技术来检测抗原抗体是目前免疫诊断试剂研究的一个新方向．本文介绍了兔抗人血清ＩｇＧ的制备和利用彩色微球检测该抗体的检测方法；同时，探讨了影响实验敏感性的温度、浓度和ｐＨ值等主要因素．Testing the antigen and antibody with the agglomeration experiment of color- microsphere is a new trend in the current research of immunodiagnosis reagent. It is characteristic of rapidity, economy, sensitivity and convenience. This article introduces the preparation for serum IgG of rabbit antisera to human, and the method of using color-microsphere to test the primary factors such as temperature, content ration and pH which affect the sensitivity of the experiment.
