摘 要:用并联岩心驱替实验及毛玻璃可视模型和微观可视模型,研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与交联剂柠檬酸铝(AlCit)反应所形成的交联聚合物溶液(LPS)在不同孔隙介质中的液流转向作用。结果表明,HPAM与AlCit反应所形成的交联聚合物溶液能够封堵高渗透岩心,使后续注入液转向低渗透的含油层,并将其中的原油采出,起到增加波及体积和提高原油采收率的作用。毛玻璃可视模型可模仿地层孔隙介质,通过它可直观、实时地从宏观上观察水驱过程中的指进、LPS驱过程中的液流转向作用。而通过微观可视模型,可清楚地观察到LPS驱后同向流动的粗细不均匀的孔道中,小孔道中的剩余油减少的现象,比较直观地证明了LPS的液流转向作用。The flowing diversion role of the linked polymer solution (LPS) in different porous medium, which was made up of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and aluminum citrate (AlCit, crosslinker), was studied by using the parallel core flooding experiment, ground glass visual model and microscopic visual model. The experimental results showed that the LPS could plug deep microscopic pores of the reservoir with high permeability, afterward liquid flow was compelled to flow into the reservoir of low permeability with the higher oil content to drive remaining oil out, so the LPS could widen the sweep area and enhance oil recovery. The ground glass visual model could be used to imitate the porous medium of the layer, and the fingering of the water flooding process and the flowing diversion role of the LPS flooding process could be observed directly in real time. But the reduce phenomenon of remaining oil flowing in heterogeneous porous channels and narrow channels after the LPS flooding could be observed clearly by using the microscopic model in the microcosmic direction, which directly demonstrated the flowing diversion role of the LPS.
