摘　　要：目的观察多点式小切口联合中药治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全的临床疗效。方法对43例多点式小切口联合中药治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后恢复快，术后第2天均可下床正常活动，无发生深静脉血栓形成的病例，术后随访无复发病例出现。结论多点式小切口联合中药治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全具有术式简单、微创、术后恢复快等优点。Objective To observe the combined treatment of chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremity by integration of minor invasive surgery and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Forty-three patients with chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremity treated by multipoint minor incision combined with the traditional chinese medicine were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients recovered quickly, without blooding and thrombosis. There was no recurrence during follow up. Conclusions The combined treatment of chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremity by integration of minor invasive surgery and traditional Chinese medicine is minimally invasive and effective.
