摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市外来务工人员艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识和行为现状,进一步做好外来务工人员的艾滋病防治工作。方法由经过专业培训的调查员与外来务工人员进行一对一的问卷调查,内容包括对AIDS传播途径、对待艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的态度、在性生活中使用安全套行为等内容。结果共调查700名外来务工人员,平均年龄28岁;初中及以下文化程度者占63.6%;男女比例为2.4∶1。对艾滋病有一定的了解,但不够全面和深入,8个知识点全部答对的仅为16.4%;对艾滋病存在严重的恐惧和歧视心理。被调查者有关AIDS知识,主要来源于电视、报刊和广播。结论沈阳市外来务工人员是一个十分特殊的人群,流动性大,预防艾滋病知识掌握不全面,艾滋病防患意识差,应积极采取有针对性的宣传教育和行为干预活动。Objective To investigate the relevant knowledge and current behavior about HIV/AIDS among the floating workers in Shenyang. Methods Questionnaire investigation was carried out among the floating workers by trained medical professionals, The questionnaire included the routes of AIDS transmission, the attitude to AIDS patients, and the complexion of condom use. Results Of 700 floating workers aged 28 on average, 63.6 % had poorer education. The ratio of male to female was 2.4 ： 1, Most floating workers failed to have comprehensive knowledge of AIDS, and only 16.4 % correctly answered the eight questions about AIDS. Most of them had fear and even discrimination against this fatal disease. The AIDS knowledge mainly came from TV, newspaper and periodicals, and radio. Conclusions The floating workers in Shenyang are special population groups, with insufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS, and lack awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention. They should be_treated as an important target population for current HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
