摘　　要：通过对大型罐主体建设施工现场的研究,分析了罐体自动化焊接施工的特性,开发研制成功了罐体横环缝双面埋弧自动焊接操作机。焊接效率高,焊接质量好,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了综合成本,有广阔的应用前景。The paper analyzes the properties of automatization welding building of container body by studing on building site of largy-type container body.We developed successfully double-side automatization submerged arc welding manipulator of transverse and girth seam of container body.The welding technology is advanced, welding efficiency improved largely, welding quality is good, labour strength of worker lightens greatly, the comprehensive cost decreases and application prospect is extensive.
