摘 要:苯可导致造血系统的异常,在此过程中,一些相关细胞信号转导通路发生了某些变化。本文以近年来国内外学者对该领域的研究资料为依据,从异常激活的细胞信号转导通路、受抑制的细胞信号转导通路、多种与细胞信号有关的基因表达改变三方面阐述苯中毒时细胞信号转导通路的变化。同时指出,人们对苯中毒时细胞信号转导通路变化的认识并不十分清楚,对该领域的深入研究可以为了解苯中毒机制提供线索。Benzene is an important industrial chemical, and occupational exposure to benzene occurs worldwide in workers of some industries such as printing and shoe-manufacturing. It is myelotoxic and leukemogenic in human bodies, and some changes of specific cell signaling pathways occur in this process. This review summarized recent findings and progress in this field, including three parts: abnormally increased activation of some cell signaling pathways, inhibition of some cell signaling pathways and the changes in gene expression in critical signaling pathways. The changes of cell signaling pathways in benzene poisoning are not well understood, and further research in this field which can contribute to understand the toxic process associated with exposure to benzene is needed
