摘　　要：通过对上海某区图书馆项目空调设计中各项节能技术应用的介绍和分析,探讨并总结了在类似公共建筑中应用空调节能技术的措施和方法。Through the introduction and analysis of the application of energy-saving technology in the heating, ventilation ＆ air-conditioning HVAC system in the library of Shanghai,discussed and summarized the measures and method of energy-saving technology in HVAC system in the similar public buildings.
