摘  要:叙述了降低聚氨酯固化剂中游离TDI的方法——物理法和化学法,着重介绍了化学法的原理。研究了合成工艺对降低游离TDI的影响,结果表明:当反应物NCO/OH的比值为3.0~3.2,反应物粘度适中,反应温度为65℃,催化剂使用量为0.09%,反应时间为4 h时,合成的聚氨酯固化剂游离TDI达到要求,且成漆的性能优良。The method of reducing the free TDI content of polyurethane curer of the physical method and chemical method were reviewed, especially on the principle of chemical method. The effect of preparation process on reducing the free TDI content was studied, it was showed that the viscosity of the prepolyer was property when the NCO : OH ratio was between 3.0-3.2, the dosage of catalyst was 0.09%, the reaction temperature was 65℃ and the reaction time was more than 4 h, a proper free TDI content polyurethane curer and excellent performance paints were obtained.
