摘  要:对摆动辗压机机身进行力学分析,利用UG软件建立其简化模型并导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中。根据摆动辗压工艺载荷作用点变化的特点,选取载荷作用点不同的3种情况,分别对模型进行有限元分析,得到上、下横梁沿X轴方向及4个立柱中央的应力分布规律,即:上、下横梁沿X轴方向各出现两个应力极值,而各立柱应力分布均为两端应力大、中间应力小。研究结果对摆动辗压机的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。The frame of the rotary forging machine was analyzed by mechanics. The simplified model of the rotary forging machine frame was built in UG software and led into the finite element software ANSYS. According to the characteristics of the forces applied on the machine, three conditions were chosen to carry on the finite element analysis and the stress distribution rule of the upper and lower beams along the X axis and the central of the colunms were obtained. The stresses of the both beams had two maximum values along the X axis, and the stresses of the columns were small in the middle portion and large at the upper and lower ends. The results are useful for the structural design of the rotary forging machine.
