摘 要:介绍了国内外对拼焊板数值模拟时不同建模方法。通过采用ABAQUS/Explicit软件对典型件差厚拼焊板盒形件进行拉深模拟,研究了焊缝性能和形状对有限元模拟结果的影响。拼焊板有限元模型采用3种焊缝处理方式:忽略焊缝;焊缝采用壳单元;焊缝采用实体单元,焊缝形状简化为梯形,3种模型中母材都为壳单元。比较3种模型下材料流动和焊缝移动量,并且与试验进行对比,最终得出焊缝性能对模拟结果影响很小,但焊缝形状对模拟结果影响较大,考虑焊缝形状的拼焊板模型与试验能够较好地吻合。Different numerical simulation methods on tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) forming process were introduced in detail. The deep drawing of tailor-welded boxes with non-uniform thickness was simulated by ABAQUS/Explicit code and the influence of the weld properties and shape on the results of numerical simulation was researched. There were three weld treatment methods in finite element model of TWBs as follows: the weld was neglected, the shell element was usded for weld, and the solid element was used for weld and the weld shape was simplified as trapezoid. All of the parent materials in three models were shell element. Comparing the material flow and the displacement of weld in three models and in experiments, the weld properties have little influence on the simulation results, while the weld shape has large influence on the simulation results. The model of TWBs considering the weld shape is consistent with the experiment results.
