摘 要:冷辗扩过程中,轧辊和环件接触面积小、振动剧烈,进行显式有限元分析时形成的单点载荷容易诱发沙漏。采用组合沙漏控制法有效地控制了沙漏,模拟了矩形截面环件的冷辗扩过程。沙漏能与内能的比值从阻尼法的15%降低到2.5%;其中刚度沙漏力的权系数设为0.8,人工阻尼控制系数设为0.1,人工刚度控制系数设为0.001。与轴向宽展试验比较表明,采用组合法预测的端面平整度(0.114)接近试验结果(0.112)。In explicit finite element analysis of cold ring rolling process, hourglass was easily aroused by one point load because of violent vibration and small contact area between rollers and ring. Combined hourglass control method was adopted to control the hourglass effectively. The cold rolling process of the ring with rectangular section was simulated. The ratio of hourglass energy to internal energy with combined method was reduced from 15% with damping method to 2.5 %. The weight factor of artificial stiffness hourglass resistance was 0.8. The artificial damping hourglass control coefficient was set to 0. 1, and the artificial damping hourglass control coefficient was set to 0. 001. Compared with the experiment of axial broadening, the result shows that the axial edge flatness (0. 114) predicted with combined method is close to the experiment result (0. 112).
