摘 要:本文对目前以卟啉为基础的抗癌药物进行了综述,主要阐述了临床上或临床前试验中卟啉类抗癌药物新进展与构效关系。This paper reviewed the new progress in porphyrin-based anticancer drugs and their structure-activity relationship,which were mainly involved in the porphyrin-like compounds in the stages of clinical and pre-clinica1 trials. These drugs include mainly the following types: (1) Porphyrin-related structures, such as hematoporphyrin derivatives, core-raodhqed porphyrins and so on. (2) Chlorin and bacteriochlorin derivatives. (3) Phthalocyanines and related compounds. (4) Core-expanded porphyrins. (5) Clinical drugs-porphyrin conjugates. In addition,their anticancer action mechanism is also briefly introduced.
