摘  要:采用CO2气体检测管法对湘西洛塔旱地不同深度土壤CO2浓度进行了一年的连续观测研究。结果表明:10cm,20cm和40cm处土壤CO2浓度具有一定的季节节律变化,说明表层土壤C02浓度受气温影响比较显著,而60cm,100cm,140cm,180cm,220cm和260cm处土壤C02浓度未表现出一定的季节节律变化,说明影响深层土壤CO2浓度的因素比较复杂。100cm深度以上的土壤CO2浓度具有随深度增加而增加的趋势,而100-260cm深度的土壤CO2浓度具有随深度增加而减小的趋势。CO2 concentration in different depth of the soil was studied using CO2 test tube method for one year in Luota, west Hunan province. The results showed that the seasonal changing pattern of soil CO2 concentration was obvious in 10cm, 20cm and 40cm depth, indicating that the CO2 concentration in shallow soil layers was significantly correlated with temperature, while it was not obvious in 60cm, 100cm, 140cm,180cm, 220cm and 260cm depth, indicating that the factors influencing the CO2 concentration of deep soil layers was complex. The soil CO2 concentration grew with the depth of layers from 0cm to 100cm, but it reduced with the depth of layers from 100 cm to 260 cm.
