不孕不育人群弓形虫IgM抗体检测及结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不孕不育人群弓形虫近期感染情况。方法采集不孕不育人群血清并低温保存,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中IgM抗体。结果1 411例不孕不育患者IgM阳性127例,阳性率9.001%。其中男性206例,IgM阳性11例,阳性率5.340%;女性1 205例,IgM阳性116人,阳性率9.627%。115对夫妇中男、女性弓形虫IgM抗体阳性率分别为6.957%和19.13%。男女弓形虫感染率有显著性差异。结论弓形虫在不孕不育人群中存在较高感染率,女性感染率高于男性,因此应高度重视并治疗弓形虫感染。Objective To observe the short-term state of Toxoplasma gonclii in infertile patients. Methods ELISA was applied to detect the IgM antibodies. Results The positive rate of IgM was 9. 001% in 1411 infertile patients, male infection rate was 5.34% in 206 patients, the female was 9. 627% in 1205 patients. In 115 infertile couples, male and female infection rate was 6. 957% and 19. 13%, there was a remarkable difference between the male and the female. Conclusion The infection of toxoplasma gonclii is very common in infertile patients, the infection rate of female is higher than that of male. The infection of toxoplasma gondii should be paid high attention to and treated in time.
